Contest Guidelines
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Only photos taken in BCSN viewing area will be considered for competition.
• Entries must be at least three (2) megapixels and in color. No other format will be accepted.
• A completed entry form must accompany photograph(s).
• Photos will not be returned.
• One (1) photo will be awarded a prize. The drawing will be held on or about December 1, 2010. The winner will be contacted on or about December 1, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.
• By emailing your photos to pics@bcsn.tv you understand and agree to give Buckeye Cablevision, Inc., dba BCSN, permission to use the submitted photograph in any legal manner it wishes in perpetuity. Applicant also warrants that he/she has received permission from the person(s) photographed to submit the photograph to BCSN. Applicant also warrants that he/she is at least 18 years old. By signing up for this contest you will automatically receive e-mails from BCSN as needed. Your contact information will only be made available to Buckeye CableSystem.
