The Mud Hens scored nine straight runs to post a come-from-behind 9-5 victory over Indianapolis at Fifth Third Field today.
Toledo trailed 3-0 before scoring two times in the fourth, once in the sixth and six times in the seven to win its third straight contest.
John Hicks led the Hens offense with three hits and an RBI, while Michael Almanzar had a two-run homer in the fourth. Omar Infante and Efren Navarro also had two RBIs apiece.
After giving up a run in the first inning and two in the second, William Cuevas followed with three scoreless innings to allow Toledo to come back. Angel Nesbitt threw two scoreless innings in relief of Cuevas to claim the win.
