BOWLING GREEN – Wide receiver Robbie Rhodes has been dismissed from the Bowling Green State University football team for a violation of team rules.

Rhodes played in seven games for the Falcons last season after transferring from Baylor. In those seven contests he caught three passes for 130 yards, including a 64-yard catch, his longest of the season, and a 44-yard TD reception in BG's win at Maryland. He also returned seven kickoffs for 113 yards.

Rhodes played in 10 games for Baylor in 2013 as a true freshman and caught 10 passes for 157 yards. One of the top high school recruits in Texas, he was dismissed from the Baylor program in June of 2014.
