The Mud Hens pounded out 14 hits and scored multiple runs in four different innings to claim a 10-5 win over Pawtucket Saturday.
Toledo scored three runs in the second inning, two in the third, three in the fifth and two in the eighth to beat the Red Sox for the second straight night. James McCann went 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles and two RBIs to lead the offense.
Four Toledo relievers combined to limit Pawtucket to five runs and just three earned runs. Corey Knebel, who retired seven straight Red Sox, was credited with the win.
