DETROIT - Jarome Iginla's goal with 6:28 left in overtime lifted Boston to a 3-2 win over Detroit tonight in Game 4 of a first-round NHL playoff series at Joe Louis Arena.
Iginla redirected a shot from the right point to score with 6:28 left in overtime, and helped the Bruins take a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference series.

Niklas Kronwall gave the Red Wings a 1-0 lead at 11:00 of the first period. Six minutes after Pavel Datsyuk gave the Red Wings a 2-0 lead, Torey Krug's blast from inside the blue line cut Detroit's lead to 2-1 at 10:42 of the second.
Milan Lucic's goal at 1:15 of the third sent the game to overtime.
Jonas Gustavsson, who played in place of Jimmy Howard (flu), made 37 saves for Detroit. Tuukka Rask made 32 saves for Boston.
Game 5 is at 3 p.m. Saturday at TD Garden in Boston.
