Mud Hens win 2nd game

The Mud Hens claimed an 8-6 victory over Indianapolis in the second game of today's doubleheader at Fifth Third Field to claim a split in the twinbill.

Toledo scored at least one run in each of the first five innings of the second contest and finished with eight runs on eight hits.

Danny Worth had three hits and scored a pair of runs while J.D. Martinez and Daniel Fields each had RBI doubles for the Hens.

Indianapolis scored three runs in the first inning and two more in the third before the Toledo bullpen settled down. Mike Belfiore got the win, while Jose Ortega allowed two hits in 1 2/3 scoreless innings and Justin Miller pitched a 1-2-3 seven to earn his first save with the Hens.
