Official Rules and Regulations - Complimentary Golf Foursome giveaway
1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Register by completely filling out the on-line entry form at www.bcsn.tv. Only one entry per household, additional entries will not be counted. You must be 18 years or older qualify. You can also mail a 3” x 5” postcard to: Free Golf Giveaway, c/o BCSN, 115 S. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615. Include your name, address, daytime phone number, date of birth.
2. RANDOM DRAWING(S): Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received by Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 8:30am. The drawings will be held on or around August 25, 2010. Winners will be contacted on or around August 25, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or via e-mail. Certificate will be available at BCSN's office located at 115 S. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615. Winners must be able to receive certificate from this location with a valid picture ID or the prize will be forfeited.
3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 1 winner will receive a pass them and 3 guests to play one (1) round of golf (18 holes) at Thunderbird Golf Club, located at 1316 Mudbrook Road, Huron, OH. Round of golf and cart rental is valued at $100.00.
4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of Ohio and Michigan. No purchase necessary. Employees of BCSN, Block Communications, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s).
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.
BCSN reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
Winner and their guests assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants and their guests agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. Only one winner per household is permitted. Winners are only eligible for one prize per month. BCSN is not responsible for delivering prize if promoter cancels or revises event. No rain checks on prize. Winner must contact Thunderbird Golf Club to schedule a tee time based on the course’s availability. Tee times are restricted to weekdays only.
