FANtastic Photo Contest Rules (Spring 2012)

1. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 1 winner will receive a $50 Visa gift card.

2. By emailing photos to pics@bcsn.tv, I hereby understand and agree to give Buckeye Cablevision, Inc., dba BCSN, permission to use the submitted photograph in any legal manner it wishes in perpetuity. Applicant also warrants that he/she has received permission from the person(s) photographed to submit the photograph to BCSN. Applicant also warrants that he/she is at least 18 years old. By emailing pics@bcsn.tv you will automatically receive e-mails from BCSN as needed. Your contact information will only be made available to Buckeye CableSystem. It will NOT be sold or made available to any other companies or email lists!

3. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of Ohio and Michigan. No purchase necessary. Employees of BCSN, Block Communications and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s). The deadline to email your photos to pics@bcsn.tv is Monday, April 30, 2012 at 11:59pm.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within (3) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.

BCSN reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.

Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. Only one winner per household. Winners are only eligible for one prize per month.
